Phoenix Futures, a member of the European ECETT Network, is the winner of the overall People and Performance Award for excellence 2014 and of the Staff Development category in front of prestigious companies like Philips, Turkcell or British Gas for its application of the method ECETT.  

Phoenix Futures was invited to present its project to the Peer Award for Excellence after having received the silver medal 2013 for Training, learning and development from The Training Journal.  The ECETT project was evaluated by peers and came first on the combination of three criterions: Impact, Innovation and Inspiration.   This new distinction confirmed the evaluations conducted by the Universities of Provence (France) and Gent (Belgium) during the pilot of the method in the European Network of therapeutic communities and its extension to other professional sectors.
