It is from this observation that the method of training Mecett was designed and developed in the last ten years by experienced managers from several countries of the European Union.

Mecett is a unique method, available for several hundred institutions and thousands of employees, combining goals of continuous improvement, skills development, registration of expertise and know-being and, not least, a pleasure to learn and a pride in belonging to a network.

The creators of the method have been helped in the experimental phase of Mecett by the Directorate General of Culture and Education Commission of the European Union. Following the extremely positive evaluation of Mecett by the University of Ghent (Belgium), they have decided to put their effective method available to those who wish to use it to fund the training of professionals in the nonprofit sector.

Thus was created Ecethos, a company whose mission is to train you in this learning method, and if you wish, to help you implement it in your organisation.
