The European project Ecett TOI, aims at the sustainable development of the training method Mecett by ensuring its transfer towards multiple business sectors. The method was successfully evaluated by the University of Ghent on the basis of the obtained results and a survey of learner satisfaction, of their managers, of the referents and host institutions.
In the frame of this new project, the department of ergology will focus on the assessment of the work done during the travel and the exchanges to better understand the ingredients that make up this learning method so unique.
