Emmanuel Orban and Georges van der Straten shared their experience on the method mecett at the closing session of the first summit of quality management held on 24 Novembre 2010
Invited as guest speakers by the MWQ (Mouvement Wallon de la Qualité - www.mwq.be) Georges van der Straten, creator of the mecett method and Emmanuel Orban, founder of Ecethos have presented the method mecett during the workshop on self assessment of public services (cadre d'autoévaluation de la fonction publique: CAF).Explaining to the large audience gathered for these meeting, the key characteristics of the experience gained in developing the skills of their employees, they enthusiastically shared the many benefits of the method in terms of continuous quality improvement, innovation and skills development.
