The mecett method applies to all the fields of the professional activities.

  • It applies to institutions or companies organised in networks such as multi-sites national companies, multinationals, governmental institutions, national or international networks of small and medium enterprises, and all similar organisation.
  • It applies to organisations managed by objectives.
  • It applies to experienced employees from all levels of the hierarchy, having terminated their introduction program in their own organisations.
  • It is based on meetings involving the short travels (generally no more than two days) of the learner to the referents' workplace.
